Day 1 — Arrive in Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to settle in and ease into the destination. Keep it relaxed with a quiet evening.
Day 2 — Leisure Day in Nairobi
Ease into the city with a day to explore at your own pace. Browse local markets, visit modern shopping centers, enjoy a great lunch spot, or experience Nairobi’s growing food and nightlife scene in the evening.
Day 3 — Nairobi Safari Experience: National Park & Baby Elephants (Included)
Start your wildlife experiences close to the city with a guided safari-style day. Expect a mix of game viewing and meaningful conservation moments, all within easy reach of Nairobi.
Day 4 — Leisure Day in Nairobi
Spend the day discovering more of Nairobi’s energy. Visit artisan markets, explore malls and boutiques, try local restaurants, or plan a night out to experience the city after dark.
Day 5 — Amboseli Safari: Kilimanjaro Views & Maasai Village Experience (Included)
Head out early for a full-day safari experience beyond the city. You’ll spend the day in open landscapes with opportunities for wildlife sightings and a cultural visit along the way.
Day 6 — Leisure Day in Nairobi

Payment Schedule
- 25% of remaining balance due at the halfway point to departure
- Final balance due 45 days before departure
- Additional payments may be made at your discretion

Flights
International airfare is not included. A roundtrip flight to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) will be required. You may book independently, or I can assist with your flight arrangements.
Flight purchase is not required to reserve your spot. However, we recommend booking your flight no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Accommodations
All properties are selected based on quality, location and client satisfaction and are rated 4 to 5 stars.
After your deposit has been received, you will receive an invoice that includes your included hotel(s).
If you would like to change your hotel choice one adjustment may be requested after your invoice is issued.
Personal Needs
If you have physical, dietary, or religious considerations please discuss it before booking. Adjustments will be made where possible.
Changes
You may request one change to your departure date or destination if requested 30 days or more before departure. *In some instances a price increase may apply.
Name changes are not permitted. If a correction is needed, the reservation must be canceled and rebooked. A $100 rebooking fee may apply, and current pricing at the time of rebooking will apply.
If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest will be adjusted to the solo rate.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
Payments more than 10 days past the due date result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
If your destination becomes unsafe due to local political or social unrest 30 days or more before your departure, you may change your travel date or destination with no penalty.
Travel insurance will be offered to address additional issues.
Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to submitting your deposit.
