Your Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive in Cape Town
Arrive in Cape Town and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and ease into the destination. Enjoy a relaxed dinner, waterfront views, or a quiet evening to reset.
Day 2 — Leisure Day in Cape Town
Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Cape Town your way. Visit the V&A Waterfront, relax at your hotel, explore local cafés, or take in the city at your own pace.
Day 3 — Cape Peninsula Highlights & Cape Point Experience (Included)
Explore the scenic coastline on a guided half-day experience along the Cape Peninsula. Take in ocean views, coastal drives, and iconic landmarks, with time for photo stops and light exploration throughout the day. The remainder of the day is free.
Day 4 — Leisure Day in Cape Town
Enjoy another day at leisure. Spend time shopping, visiting local attractions, or simply relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere of the city.
Day 5 — Stellenbosch Wine Tasting Experience (Included)
Venture into the nearby wine region for a relaxed tasting experience. Enjoy vineyard views, sample a variety of wines, and take in a more refined and scenic side of the destination before returning to the city.
Day 6 — Cape Town Big Five Safari (Included)
Depart early for a full-day safari experience outside the city. Enjoy a guided game drive in a private reserve with opportunities to see a range of wildlife in a natural setting. Return to Cape Town later in the day.
Day 7 — Leisure Day in Cape Town
Your final full day is yours to enjoy. Revisit favorite spots, explore something new, or simply take it slow before departure.
Day 8 — Depart Cape Town
Enjoy a final morning before hotel checkout. Depending on your flight time, enjoy free time before your transfer and journey home from Cape Town.

Payment Schedule
- 25% of remaining balance due at the halfway point to departure
- Final balance due 45 days before departure
- Additional payments may be made at your discretion

Flights
International airfare is not included. A roundtrip flight to Cape Town International Airport (CPT) will be required. You may book independently, or I can assist with your flight arrangements.
Flight purchase is not required to reserve your spot. However, we recommend booking your flight no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Accommodations
All properties are selected based on quality, location and client satisfaction and are rated 4 to 5 stars.
After your deposit has been received, you will receive an invoice that includes your included hotel(s).
If you would like to change your hotel choice one adjustment may be requested after your invoice is issued.
Personal Needs
If you have physical, dietary, or religious considerations please discuss it before booking. Adjustments will be made where possible.
Changes
You may request one change to your departure date or destination if requested 30 days or more before departure. *In some instances a price increase may apply.
Name changes are not permitted. If a correction is needed, the reservation must be canceled and rebooked. A $100 rebooking fee may apply, and current pricing at the time of rebooking will apply.
If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest will be adjusted to the solo rate.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
Payments more than 10 days past the due date result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
If your destination becomes unsafe due to local political or social unrest 30 days or more before your departure, you may change your travel date or destination with no penalty.
Travel insurance will be offered to address additional issues.
Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to submitting your deposit.
