How long is my quote good for?

Because travel rates are constantly fluctuating prices can change at any time. With that said our quotes are typically good for approx 2 weeks.

Are flights included?

To avoid over-inflated packaged rates flights are typically not included with our itineraries.  

Flights can be booked separately by you I can assist you in adding them on. 

How do I pay my deposit?

Once your vacation plan has been approved by you I will sent you an invoice. You can then pay online via secure payment processor.

How long do I have to pay?

Your quote will include the final payment due date. You will know before making your deposit when the final payment is due.

Are vacations refundable?

Refundability varies by each trip type and will explained prior to booking but typically:

Resort vacations: Deposit not refundable, remaing balance is refundable up to 3 weeks before travel.

Signature Itineraries: Deposit and 1st payment not refundable, remaining balance refundable up to 45 to 60 days before travel.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

The options for cancellation are different depending on what type of travel you book with us. Your quote will tell you the exact cancellation policy, you will know before you finalize your booking.

What is the payment schedule?

Payment schedules may vary by trip type but typically: 

Resort vacations

  • Deposit due to book
  • 1st payment of 20% due at halfway point
  • Final balance due 3 weeks to departure

World Tours

  • Deposit due to book
  • 1st payment due in 30 days.
  • 2nd payment due at halfway point
  • Final balance due 45 to 60 days before departure

(terms vary with world tours and will be given to you before booking is finalized) 

What if I don't have a passport?

For those who cannot acquire a passport we do offer a few non-passport destinations like St Thomas, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc. Also cruises are a great options. 

For destinations that require a passport you can book without it but you will need to have it in hand at the time of departure.

Do you price match?

No we don’t. We have carefully chosen our suppliers and as we all know quality cost. A minor increase is sometimes required to make sure we’re able to offer the best terms and customer service.

Do you book cruises?

Although we specialize in resorts and hotels we do book cruises. If you’d like us to handle your cruise booking contact us via the contact form.

How can I travel for free?

Hosting a large group is a great way to earn free travel perks!

You can also earn discounts and credits for booking group cruises and group trips.

Do you offer any deals?
