Your Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive in Barcelona
Arrive in Barcelona and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to settle in and explore at your own pace. Enjoy nearby restaurants, local wine bars, or a sunset walk along the waterfront as you ease into the city.
Day 2 — Barcelona City Tour (Included)
Explore Barcelona’s top landmarks on a guided city tour featuring Gaudí architecture, scenic viewpoints, and historic districts. Enjoy exterior views of the Sagrada Familia and walk through the Gothic Quarter’s medieval streets and plazas. The evening is free for you to enjoy Barcelona on your own.
Day 3 — Leisure Day in Barcelona
Enjoy a full free day to experience Barcelona your way. Spend time shopping, visiting popular attractions like the Sagrada Familia interior or Park Güell, relaxing at the beach, or exploring museums, cafés, and local markets.
Day 4 — Montserrat and Wine Country (Included)
Venture into the Montserrat mountain region, home to dramatic landscapes and a historic monastery. This full-day excursion includes time to explore the area before continuing into the Catalonia countryside for a winery visit. A regional wine tasting and traditional local meal are included before returning to Barcelona.
Day 5 — Barcelona Sunset Sail (Included)
A relaxed morning is yours to enjoy at leisure. In the evening, board a sunset sailing experience along the Barcelona coastline. Take in panoramic skyline views from the Mediterranean and enjoy golden-hour scenery on the water before returning to shore. The rest of the evening is free.
Day 6 — Depart Barcelona
Enjoy breakfast and a final morning in Barcelona before hotel checkout. Depending on your flight time, enjoy free time before your airport transfer and journey home.

Payment Schedule
- 25% of remaining balance due at the halfway point to departure
- Final balance due 45 days before departure

Flights
International airfare is not included. A roundtrip flight to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) will be required. You may book independently, or I can assist with your flight arrangements.
Flight purchase is not required to reserve your spot. However, we recommend booking your flight no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Accommodations
All properties are selected based on quality, location and client satisfaction and are rated 4 to 5 stars.
After your deposit has been received, you will receive an invoice that includes your included hotel(s).
If you would like to change your hotel choice one adjustment may be requested after your invoice is issued.
Personal Needs
If you have physical, dietary, or religious considerations please discuss it before booking. Adjustments will be made where possible.
Changes
You may request one change to your departure date or destination if requested 30 days or more before departure. *In some instances a price increase may apply.
Name changes are not permitted. If a correction is needed, the reservation must be canceled and rebooked. A $100 rebooking fee may apply, and current pricing at the time of rebooking will apply.
If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest will be adjusted to the solo rate.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
Payments more than 10 days past the due date result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
If your destination becomes unsafe due to local political or social unrest 30 days or more before your departure, you may change your travel date or destination with no penalty.
Travel insurance will be offered to address additional issues.
Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to submitting your deposit.
